About Us

Karm’s Kharm’s is a youth-focused organization dedicated to helping young ladies discover the confidence within themselves and recognize the unique “Kharm’s” (Charms) that can help them grow educationally, intellectually, personally, and professionally.

Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for young ladies to build confidence, develop leadership skills, explore education and career pathways, strengthen their voices, and understand that there are no limits to what they can accomplish.

Through mentorship, educational programming, community engagement, workshops, special events, partnerships, and our signature Kharming Young Lady Summer Summit, Karm’s Kharm’s connects young ladies with professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, creatives, community leaders, and positive role models.

Our programming is designed to expose young people to new experiences while providing them with the tools, encouragement, resources, and support needed to become confident leaders in their schools, communities, careers, and future endeavors.
