At Karm’s Kharm’s, we believe in celebrating young ladies who are using their voices and their hearts to make a difference. Havin is a shining example of what it means to lead with purpose, vision, and impact. Here’s what she has to say:
“I was inspired by seeing other young women in my age group creating impact regardless of where they are coming from. I realised that I can use my privileges to educate, inspire, and motivate others. I hope to reach even more women so that our work at She Leads Too e.V. impacts their lives positively. I want to create a platform where one finds direction and expands their horizon. Our mission is to make young women worldwide realise that they can lead, and provide them with resources to prepare them for leadership.
I am proud of creating my team. Because of that team, we can create multiple “Kharms” that leave a positive impact on the lives of others. My advice would be to find out within yourself what you want to stand for, and find others who do so as well.”
