Mission
Our mission is to have every essence of our program come from the heart. We educate our target audience by using real life scenarios, through workshops, seminars and one on one discussions. Education is the foundation of our program and through education we offer health tips, forward thinking and reminders that self-esteem is built and not bought.

MENTEE-MENTOR PROGRAM
We offer a structured mentee-to- mentor program that facilitates the exchange of knowledge, goal-setting, and overcoming challenges, all while nurturing caring personal relationships.
SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE
Our mentors provide invaluable support and
guidance, sharing insights from their industry experiences to help
mentees navigate their paths.

Engagement
Karm’s Kharm’s supports young women both locally and globally through accessible, confidence-building programs. Our initiatives extend beyond the United States to include international engagement in Jamaica, South Africa, Nigeria and Philippines providing culturally responsive mentorship, virtual workshops, and mental wellness support. Through our global reach, we empower young women from diverse backgrounds to grow with confidence and purpose.
